Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on July 2025

At Pro-Struction Group, we believe that everyone should be able to access the information, services, and opportunities available on our website, regardless of ability. We’re committed to meeting the accessibility standards outlined in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and making our online presence as inclusive as possible.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

This policy applies to all content found at www.pro-structiongroup.com, including:

  • Publicly available web pages and documents

  • Online contact forms and inquiry tools

  • Embedded multimedia content (e.g., video, audio)

 Accessibility Features

To enhance accessibility, we aim to:

  • Use clear, simple language and readable fonts

  • Provide alternative text for images

  • Ensure sufficient contrast between text and background

  • Design pages that are navigable by keyboard and screen readers

  • Avoid using content that flashes more than three times per second

  • Make forms and interactive elements accessible with assistive technologies

Ongoing Improvements

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review our website and digital content to identify and remove barriers. New content is tested for accessibility before being published.

Feedback Process

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us.  We will acknowledge your feedback within 5 business days and aim to address any issues within a reasonable timeframe.

Training and Awareness

Our team is trained on accessibility best practices for digital communication, and we continue to learn about emerging tools, guidelines, and legal requirements.

Limitations and Alternatives

While we do our best to meet accessibility standards, some third-party tools or embedded features may not be fully accessible. If you require an alternative format of any content (e.g., PDF, form, video transcript), please reach out—we’ll make every effort to provide it in a timely manner.
